"Keep It Simple, It's All About the Ingredients."
Inspired by the love of Italian cooking, tradition and wine, the menu at WEST invites the natural essence of the ingredients to come through with California's fresh farmer's market produce and Italian influences.
West is well known for its wide selection of starters, a perfect way to start your meal, a selection of grilled, marinated, cured and baked dishes. Highlighting the menu are prime, dry aged, thick-cut steaks, grilled and accompanied with your choice of classic sauces such as, red wine reduction and béarnaise. The result intensifies the pure flavor of the steaks.
West's menu of starters, salads, prime steaks, chops, fresh fish and traditional Italian pastas wouldn't be complete without its noteworthy wine list. WEST offers a variety of wines by premiere Italian and California vintners. From dry to sweet, fruity to woodsy, the wines at West harmoniously pair with each menu selection, rounding out the dining experience.
Popular dishes like the bone in filet, roasted leg of lamb with spring vegetable over pappardella, double thick cut pork chop crushed potatoes, apple celeriac compote and sea bass with lobster ravioli and chive oil, combined with memorable wine pairings and specialty cocktails, the relaxed cool vibe in stylish surrounds are certain to make guests think about their experience the next day.
